Commander of units ranging from 30 - 9,600 personnel; led amongst peers in both military and New Space start-up environments; implemented EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System; mentored innumerable young officers, mid-level managers. I profess the concept of Leadership from the Middle' - leadership is needed at all levels of an organization, and each of those leaders need to be empowered to lead their team from those at the higher echelon of an organizaiton.
